Approximately a month ago I purchased a satellite radio as a gift for a friend. I had no idea what I should get all I knew I had to purchase one. I emailed questions and received an immediate response. I also phoned to ask yet another question and received a call back the same day. I was very impressed with this response and I wanted to pass on a big thank you to all those who helped out.

The service I received from everyone I talked to was simply excellent. I have been in the customer service industry myself and of course I, as a consumer, dealt with many areas of customer service and I can't express how much I appreciate the excellent service I received from the staff at Radio Source. It is not very often that this kind of service is found anymore.

I just received a call from UPS saying that my parcel from you was here in Yellowknife. I have never in my 34 years of living here received anything so quickly, espically when it comes from the East. I want to thank you for the fantastic service and espically since it was only a $20.00 order. Once again, thank you and I still can't believe that it arrived here in two and a half days.

Hello,
While I usually do not always go out of my way to say thank-you. I feel that in this case it is warranted. I ordered my Sirius Car Kit at 10:06 am on Thursday through your website, well on Friday around the same time I get a delivery from UPS with the car kit. I am like Wow, that was fast. I tried looking for this car kit on e-bay, but all the sellers were from the US, and would have ended up costing me more with shipping and duty. So thanks for the great price, great delivery and great service.

You have been absolutely excellent during this process and I will be happy to recommend you, despite you being located on the edge of civilization. :-) Just kidding - I'm pathetic - I've lived in Toronto fifty-three years and still get lost west of Yonge Street. A quick reminder - you may want to change your webpage reference to "highway 10" for east-end, directionally challenged dweebs like myself.
My sincere best wishes for ongoing success with your business. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, but you definitely have the right idea. If only my bank was as responsive as your business.
Also, you clearly know your business. I was a bit anxious activating and creating a lifetime $500 charge (twice) on my credit card with only a terrestrial signal, but you obviously knew what you were talking about. I still don't understand it, but it was your job to know, and the knowledge base you exhibited made it easier for me to trust your advice.
When I teach my own employees about good customer service I will be adding my experience with your company as an example. (FYI, the other I use is Star Choice, who provide exceptional customer service - especially for a larger firm.)
