If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for full refund (less shipping charges) within 15 days as indicated on your receipt. Products received damaged or 'postage due' will be returned. Please return in original packaging, along with accessories, instructions, etc. in condition for resale. You are responsible for shipping, proper packaging for protection, and method of delivery.
Warranty
If you have received a defective, inoperable or less than adequate product from Satellite-Radio-Source.ca, we promise to do whatever is required to correct the problem. Specific warranty information for your purchase is written on your receipt. To inquire about a warranty issue, please call us at (905) 593-1467. Please have your receipt handy along with the details of the problem. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will respond back to you within 48 hours. Items must be returned in the original packaging in good condition for resale. Excessively worn items will be void of warranty. All accessories or manuals must be returned along with the returned item.
Refunds
Please call us at (905) 593-1467 within 15 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt with along with your return. A refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. It is your responsibility to properly package the merchandise to protect from damage. Products returned broken due to insufficient packaging will be returned to sender and the refund will be denied. Refunds sent 'postage due' will be refused and returned to the originating address.
Returns
Please call us at (905) 593-1467 within 15 days of purchase. Return the product along with a copy of your receipt and to the address printed on your receipt. For products covered by manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer will issue specific instructions for returns/exchanges
Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong merchandise, or if any components are defective, Satellite-Radio-Source.ca will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the order. Please call us at (905) 593-1467 and we will promptly send you a replacement order and deal with your first order.
Warranty Restrictions
Please email us at sales@Satellite-Radio-Source.ca for any questions or concerns you may have regarding our warranties. Please note that products that have been improperly installed, repaired or maintained or which have been subjected to abuse, misuse, physical damage, accident, improper operation or handling, neglect, exposure to fire, water or natural occurrences (lightening, wind or extreme weather conditions) will be void of warranty. Warranty stickers and serial numbers must not be altered or removed. Installation costs, removal or reinstallation costs are not covered by warranty. Satellite-Radio-Source.ca does not extend manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated on your receipt. Satellite-Radio-Source.ca has not authorized any other party to extend product warranties unless otherwise noted on your receipt. Please check with us or the manufacturer for exact warranty details, or refer to your receipt or accompanying documents sent with your order.
All returned merchandise returned to Satellite-Radio-Source.ca or otherwise will be paid by the shipper. Shipping of replacement or defective items will be covered by Satellite-Radio-Source.ca. All refunds will be credited to your credit card within 3-5 weeks or by company cheque if applicable. Warranty is void if any components have been altered or modified.
Delivery Policy
We ship out parcels Monday-Friday. All orders are processed within 12-48 hours of being received. All of our shipping requirements are fulfilled by Canada Post ExpressPost. If you have any questions feel free to contact us by phone or email.
